Clint Folsom
Since 1989, Clint Folsom has worked in a variety of functions in the Boulder Valley and metro Denver real estate industry including investment, brokerage, property management and renovation of residential, commercial and industrial properties, and building inspection. Clint also has extensive experience in the public sector, serving six years as a Planning Commissioner and serving two terms as Mayor in the Town of Superior, 2014 to present. Originally from Vestavia Hills, Alabama, a suburb or Birmingham, Clint moved to Colorado in 1988 to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder where he obtained a bachelor's degree in business, real estate and marketing. Clint lives in Superior with his wife Leslie and two children.
Andy Hawk
Andy Hawk has been a Boulder real estate owner and investor since 1999. His passion for residential and investment real estate is a natural fit for Folsom & Company and our clients. Andy offers strong knowledge of the front range real estate market as well as comprehensive experience with Colorado homeowners' associations. His client approach balances the emotions and the business practicality of buying and selling real estate. Andy grew up in Colorado Springs and has been a part-time ski instructor at Breckenridge for more than 20-years. Outside of skiing and managing his own portfolio of Boulder and Breckenridge rental properties, Andy is also a SCUBA instructor. Andy resides in the Gunbarrel area of Boulder. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Colorado and participates in alumni and mentorship programs around campus.
Erin Schaefer
Erin has worked in the real estate industry in various facets since 1998 in both the commercial and residential sectors. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial property management, as a buyer's agency specialist, listing agency specialist, and investment consultant. Erin has the passion and experience to assist her clients to reach their real estate goals. Erin grew up in a military family living all over the US and internationally. She attended Virginia Tech and began her real estate career in Washington, DC. She relocated to Colorado in 2001 and thoroughly enjoys the activities and adventure Colorado offers. Erin lives in Golden with her husband and two children.
