Boulder board approves project at the intersection of 28th and Canyon. The plan will allow for two large hotels and mixed-use building. After a four hour hearing, the Boulder Planning Board voted unanimously to redevelop the current sites of the Golden Buff Hotel and the now-closed Eads News and Smoke Shop.
