Originally from the Midwest, Liz instantly fell in love with Colorado during her first trip here in 2003. A short visit became an extended stay, and now a Boulder resident, she has extensive knowledge of the area that enables her to find the perfect home or investment property for her clients. She discovered her passion for real estate when she bought her first home and realized that property ownership—whether it’s a dream home or an investment property—can be life changing. As an agent she finds joy in helping her clients achieve this milestone as well. 

With a background in design and entrepreneurship, Liz brings her attention to detail and an ability to calmly manage many things simultaneously to every transaction. She applies her eye for aesthetics when working with sellers to make sure their home attracts the highest offer. Prior to joining Folsom & Company as an associate broker, she served as a home staging consultant, helping to draw multiple offers over asking price on staged listings.

Liz recently became a real estate investor herself, and currently serves on the board of her HOA. When she’s not busy helping people achieve their real estate goals, she can be found on the ski slopes, a bike, or the tennis court, and enjoying a meal with friends and family afterward.
