Since 1989, Clint Folsom has worked in a variety of functions in the Boulder Valley and metro Denver real estate industry including investment, brokerage, property management and renovation of residential, commercial and industrial properties, and building inspection. Clint also has extensive experience in the public sector, serving six years as a Planning Commissioner and serving eight years as Mayor in the Town of Superior, from 2015 through 2022.
Originally from Vestavia Hills, Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham, Clint moved to Colorado in 1988 to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder where he obtained a bachelor's degree in business, real estate and marketing. Clint lives in Superior with his wife Leslie and two children.
Andy Hawk has been a Colorado real estate owner and investor since 1999. His passion for residential and investment real estate is a natural fit for Folsom & Company and our clients. Andy offers strong knowledge of the front range and Summit County real estate markets as well as comprehensive experience with Colorado homeowners' associations. His client approach balances the emotions and the business practicality of buying and selling real estate. Andy grew up in Colorado Springs and in the mountains of Breckenridge and has been a ski instructor there for more than 20-years. Outside of skiing and managing his own portfolio of Boulder, Breckenridge, and Northwest Arkansas rental properties, Andy is also a SCUBA instructor. Andy splits his time between the Warrior's Mark neighborhood of Breckenridge and the Gunbarrel area of Boulder. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Colorado and participates in alumni and mentorship programs around campus.
